Cancel, Return and Refund Policy

Maxx is committed to provide full CUSTOMER SATISFACTION with its products, however, in case you choose to cancel/ return/ replace the order, you may do so by sending an email on or calling on our customer care hotline +91-8926401401.

1. Cancel the Order: 7 days return policy on our products
In case the order is not yet dispatched, refund will be initiated to the original payment mode and the credit for the same will be received in your account between 1-7 working days depending on your bank. A confirmation message will be received on your registered mobile number/ Email ID.

2. Return & Replacement: 
In case the order delivered found to be damaged or with any kind of manufacturing defect, you can return & get free replacement for the same. How to Initiate the Cancel, Return, Refund ?
1. contact our Customer Care support team on or call +91 8926401401 Mon-Sat 10am-6pm within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. You will receive a confirmation email or message from us about the same on your registered mobile no./ Email ID.
3. The product should be returned in the original, unused condition, with its original packaging as shipped by us. The refund cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.
4. The refund will be processed within 3 hours once the product is received back by us and found as per our refund policy.
5. After the initiation of refund process, the amount will be transferred in the original /same bank account/ payment mode through which the payment was made at the time of purchase.
6. In case, the debit/ credit card used by the customer while placing the order is not in use, kindly contact customer care.
7. Credit of refund may be received in 1-7 working days depending on your bank, confirmation for the same will be communicated on the registered mobile no./ Email ID.
8. No charges to be paid to our courier partner while returning the product.
9. Replacement will be processed within 24 hours of receiving back the product and approved by our team as per our Policy.

3. Refund
The refund will be initiated only in the following conditions:
  • Wrong product is delivered.
  • Damaged product is delivered.
  • Order Cancelled within 7 Days of delivery Product will not be replaced or refunded under the following circumstances:
  • The customer is not satisfied with the look and feel of the product.
  • The customer does not notify the customer support team of any physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Any electrical, liquid damage caused by the user. 
  • The whole package with the products and its accessories intact is not provided by the customer to the courier person at the time of returning the product. In case, we find items missing from the package returned to us by the customer, the cost of same will be deducted from the payment made by the customer. In case of replacement, the cost of any missing item needs to be paid in advance by the customer.
