We are happy to inform you that Maxx offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed on We ensure you that ordered product reaches to you safely and quickly. We are glad to know that you are excited to receive your product as soon as possible and we are doing our best to make this happen.
Shipping Policy – Guiding Principles:
1. Order Processing Time:
  • Orders placed on Monday to Saturday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or public holiday will be processed on Monday / next working day.
  • Every order will be shipped only to the address specified at the time of placing the order.  Please ensure that you provide the correct address at the time of placing the order.
2. By when I’ll receive my order? 
  • We dispatch within 3 WORKING HOURS from the time of ordering.
  • Order delivers at your registered address as per Table below,
  • We ensure to deliver the order in 1-2 working days to Zone A, B, &  C
Zone A,B,C - All Metro Cities - 1 to 2 days
Zone D - Rest of India - 2-3 days
Special Zones (Zone-E) - North East (Excluding Manipur), Himachal Pradesh & Jammu -  5 Days
Special Zones (Zone-F) - Kashmir, Ladakh, Manipur and Andaman & Nicobar - 7 Days

3. If I receive a damaged product?
  • Maxx uses reputable courier partners, to make sure your order reaches to you safely and swiftly.
  • If your order arrives damaged, kindly refuse to accept from the courier.
  • In case the product is found damaged after accepting from courier, kindly contact customer support immediately. You can contact us with your order ID # and photos of the damaged product.
  • Kindly note that Maxx shall not be held liable for such damage of product after it is delivered.
  • If the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the package and contact our customer care.
4. Shipping Confirmation 
  • A shipping confirmation and tracking ID after the product has been dispatched will be shared with you on your email & through SMS. You may track your order by visiting Maxx website.
  • All orders are shipped with TAX invoice.
