What is the 1 Year Warranty?
All Maxx Branded primary products come with a 1-year warranty. The warranty period is valid for 1 year from the purchase date as established by the TAX Invoice (GST Invoice).

Warranty Terms

  • The 1-year warranty applies to Primary Products. Accessories (Charger, Battery) of Primary Products have a 6-month warranty (starting from the invoice date) when a valid Purchase Invoice / Tax Invoice (GST invoice) is provided by the customer.
  • If you're unable to provide the Purchase Invoice / Tax Invoice (GST invoice), the 1-year warranty starts from the manufacturing date printed on the product package (applies to Primary Products only, excluding accessories). Accessories like Chargers and Charging cables have a 6-month warranty.
  • Maintenance tasks like product part cleaning due to dust accumulation or software installation issues will not be considered under  defects are not covered under Product Warranty
  • During product repairs, the remaining warranty period continues to apply. Time taken for transit and repairs, whether under warranty or not, won't extend the warranty duration.
  • Warranty conditions won't apply in cases of damage caused by misuse. Repairs for such issues will be chargeable based on part availability.
  • Maxx is not responsible for any inconvenience, expenses, losses, or damages resulting from product use or inability to use.
  • For repairs involving coloured internal or external parts, we will take every effort to match the original colour. However, shades may slightly differ due to usage. Any component changes at the customer's request are chargeable, except those covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

We value your trust in our products. This section outlines instances not covered by our warranty, ensuring transparency and informed decisions.

  • Products damaged / affected by Liquid spill/s / other Physical Damage/s
  • Damage due to other external factors
    Examples (including, but not limited to) exposure to moisture, heat, fire, chemicals, crushing, dropping, impact
  • Defective Product reporting beyond specified time
    Warranty will not apply for ‘reporting of products found defective’ after 7 days of receipt of products. If you notice any issues with the purchased product, upon unpacking it within 7 days of purchase, contact our Customer Care team. We may request a short 30-second video via WhatsApp or a video call to understand the problem and provide appropriate assistance. The product will be evaluated based on Maxx's approved technical parameters and policies.
