     2. When will I receive my order?

      • Orders are dispatched within 3 working hours of ordering
      • For the purpose of planned delivery we have divided India into the following delivery zones and assigned standard delivery times
      • Track your order or contact Customer Care for precise delivery information

      3. What if I get a damaged product?
        • We use reliable couriers for safe delivery.
        • If damaged, refuse the delivery or contact Customer Care with Order ID and photos
        • We're not liable for damage post-delivery or products delivered in tampered packaging
        • Reach out to Customer Care  immediately if you find any issue

         4. Shipping Confirmation

          • Receive shipping confirmation & tracking ID via email and SMS
          • Easily track your order on Maxx website
          • All orders include a TAX invoice
