When using the services provided at our website, you are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions mentioned below. The terms and conditions are revised from time to time and you are deemed to agree to such terms and conditions till the time you are accessing the website.
The company shall not be held liable to inform anyone before changing the terms and conditions from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions. Eligibility Criteria

People below 18 years of age are prohibited to use/ purchase/ contract from or with this website. People who are not eligible to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use this website.
Those who choose to access this website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws and if to the extent local laws are applicable. In case if any Indian states prohibits direct sale of merchandise from other states and require special documentation to affect such a sale without dual taxation, if we receive an order from such states or to be delivered to such states under such circumstances, we retain the right to accept or reject the order.

Pricing and Payment

Upon placing an order, Maxx shall ship the product to you and be entitle to its payment for the product. For delivering orders in India, the payment can only be accepted in INR. Prices will be in MRP and government taxes such as GST, as applicable are levied.
If international card is being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted into INR before accepting the payment. The conversion charges for currency will be according to your credit card policy. If the payment is being made by an international card, you will be required to send photo ID proof issued by the country of your residence.

Privacy Policy

We understand and respect our customer’s privacy. We ensure you that we maintain complete confidentiality of the details that you have shared with us and will not share it with any third party. We may require personal details such as name, date of birth, e-mail address, residential address, phone number, etc. for registration, ordering or feedback purposes. In the event of wrong delivery due to the wrong information provided by the customer, any extra cost incurred by Maxx for re-delivery shall be provided by the customer.
The customer is deemed to check the product description carefully and is agreed to be bound by the sale conditions in the term’s description.
Please note that Maxx shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by natural calamity, public holidays or any other unforeseen situations.
The products available on our website are for personal or professional use only and shall not be resold for any commercial reasons.

Limitations

Maxx reserves the right to limit the quantity of the items purchased by the customer. You will be notified if such limits be applied. The company reserves the right to prohibit sales to anyone who doesn’t comply with the company policies.

Order Cancellation by Maxx

Maxx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to limitations like quantity availability, errors in pricing on website, error in product information or certain issues identified by our team. Maxx also reserves the right for asking any additional information before accepting orders in certain cases. The customer will be notified, if their order has been cancelled or additional information is required.

Fraudulent Transactions

Maxx reserves the right to recover the cost of charges, products, damages or legal expenses from people using the website fraudulently. Maxx also reserve the right to take legal actions against such people.
